Our family business aims to provide a personalised, accessible and affordable pre-sale property styling service for every home owner. Based in St Albans and covering Hertfordshire, London and beyond, we have lived in the area for over 25 years and in that time have built up substantial experience with multiple buy to let properties, renovations and makeovers.
Charlotte, our Director, has a background in design and communications. Having worked for organisations such as WaterAid and the British Library, she's always enjoyed managing projects to create a harmonious and visual appealing result, which works for its intended target audience. This love of design has been matched by an enthusiasm for renovation and the property market. Over the years, our family has successfully invested in multiple project houses and buy to let properties. We've built up substantial experience of enhancing and making over properties either to let out to tenants or to sell advantageously. We have advised friends and relatives, and project managed renovations on their behalf. Eventually, this led to our experience and enthusiasm assisting other property owners in the area, and we became Home Staging professionals. Now joined by daughter Jasmine, a talented arts student, we decided we’d like to offer a sustainable service, in line with our eco-friendly ethos. We’ve always tried to reuse and repurpose existing fittings and furnishings as much as possible in our properties, and we wanted to pass this knowledge and flair onto others. And so, Sunday Morning Styling was born.
