How much does home staging cost?

We are committed to ensuring that our services are as professional and affordable as possible for our clients. Through our innovative business model, we offer unbeatable value for money, and you may find our staging services cost far less than you think.
We operate a clear and transparent pricing policy. While every property is unique, we realise that home owners, estate agents and developers want to understand what the likely costs will be. We work with both vacant and occupied properties. We find some clients just wish for a little advice and guidance to help them stage their own properties. Others prefer more hands-on assistance and choose to access our full staging service, including our inventory of modern and stylish furniture and accessories, and contacts with reliable tradespeople. One hour consultation - we offer an initial meeting in your property for a minimum of one hour for £100 incl VAT. During this session, we will walk through your entire property and discuss your requirements. We will offer advice and tips on staging your property, some of which won't cost you a thing! Three hour consultation - if you would prefer a more in-depth look at all the work needed to enhance your property's saleability, we will visit and discuss with you your full requirements, followed up by a detailed report and recommendations. Priced at £250 incl VAT. *Please note we have also begun to partner with selected local estate agents to provide free initial consultations - contact us for further details. If you would then like to work with us further, we charge just £30 per hour for hands-on assistance with design guidance, rearranging and decluttering. Property enhancement service - we can upgrade and provide a fully coherent design for your property with our stylish furniture and homewares, sourced from The White Company, John Lewis, Cox and Cox amongst others. The cost for a four-bedroomed home is on average around £6-700 per month, far less than traditional high-end staging companies.
