The Process

After our intial contact with you, we will always visit your property in person. As per our Pricing page, this initial consultation is £100 incl VAT for one hour, during which time we will walk through the entire space and discuss your plans and requirements in detail.
If you then decide you would like to work with us to help prepare your property for sale or rental, we will visit again to take measurements and consult with you on detailed plans. If it is an occupied home, we offer decluttering advice and hands-on guidance (if required) for just £30 per hour. We can then research suitable updated homewares, completely personalised to your property to purchase, within a budget that you set. Or, if you prefer, you can hire stylish, good quality homewares from our extensive inventory, sourced from outlets such as The White Company, Graham and Green, Cox and Cox, John Lewis, Made and Dusk amongst others. We will prepare a contract for a minimum of 60 days (we are fully covered with Public Liability insurance), and payment is in advance. Our decluttering services are an exception and no contract is needed for this. A minimum of 8 hours is bookable. Once the property is decluttered, cleaned and in good order, we will then arrange a date with you to either enhance your home (if occupied), or if vacant to collect keys and fully install and stage. Staging usually takes 1-2 days depending on the size of the property and other factors. If enhancing, we can also prepare a pre-viewing checklist as a guide to ensuring your property looks it's absolute best for prospective buyers or renters. Contracts can be extended for a reduced 50% rate on a rolling 30 day basis, subject to availability of inventory items. At the end of the contract, we undertake to fully destage the property on an agreed date, leaving it clean and tidy. |
