What is home staging?


In today’s property market, most buyers will make decisions on whether to view based on online visuals. Staging is the practice of presenting homes at their best to enhance their appeal and value.

Sunday Morning Styling is a Hertfordshire based property staging company. We help property owners prepare for sale or rent by professionally presenting houses and apartments, increasing their saleability.

In the current market, professionally presented properties have an advantage over others:

• Staging increases buyer interest by around 70%*
• Staged homes sell for 8% more on average than non-staged ones*
• 85% of estate agents say that staged properties are likely to sell up to 3 x more quickly*
• Investing a little in staging is much cheaper than seeing your property being reduced - currently in 2023 around 40% of all properties on Rightmove are reduced, usually by around 5% each time.
